Licenses
All businesses, before commencement of business, operating in the City
of Titusville are required by City ordinance to obtain a business
license. This includes transient/itinerant merchants, itinerant
vendors and solicitors. A solicitation permit is required for
door to door sales or transactions. Applications are available
in the City Treasurer’s Office or can be downloaded here.
