Changes to the Codified Ordinances in 2006

 

Ordinance 3146 

- An ordinance of the City of Titusville, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, requiring a license to operate an adult oriented business as defined herein and imposing penalties for violations thereof.

 

Ordinance 3148

- An ordinance of the City of Titusville, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, amending Article 521, 521.06 - Parking Prohibited at all Time - of the codified ordinances of the City of Titusville, to add a new subsection prohibiting parking at all times on the south side of Water Street for a distance of 343 feet from its intersection with the East line of South Martin Street; and to add a new section 521.094 to Article 521 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Titusville to provide an area of maximum fifteen minute parking on the south side of Water Street.

 

Ordinance 3150

- An ordinance of the City of Titusville, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, amending Article 521, Parking Generally, Section 521.06, Parking Prohibited at all Times, to prohibit parking on the East side of Brown Street from Water Street to East Central Avenue and on both sides of Brown Street from East Central Avenue to East Main Street.
