Youth Crime Watch

Through a grant from the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime & Delinquency, the Titusville Police Department through our School Resource Officer formed a youth crime watch program in the Titusville Middle School in 2003.  The Middle School Crime Watch currently has 15 members.  The MSCW meets regularly during school activity periods and at the police department for special meetings and activities.  The students learn about criminal justice, law enforcement, and crime prevention/awareness as part of the program. One of the activities that the crime watch participates in is decorating a float for the Christmas Parade.
