The public is invited and encouraged to attend!

Those wishing to put a specific issue before council may do so by calling City Hall and requesting a slot on our agenda.

Meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. in the fourth floor conference room of the

Work Sessions Held: 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month

Regular Session Held: 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month                       

The City of Titusville Council is comprised of five members from whom they choose the Mayor and Deputy Mayor.  Each is elected at large to serve a four-year term.  As the governing body, the Council is responsible for maintaining a fiscally sound, healthy, and safe community for the residents of Titusville.   City Council appoints interested citizens to serve as members of various advisory and authority boards and commissions. The boards and commissions serve as advisors to City Council.  The Mayor and/or Deputy Mayor attend and participate in all meetings of Council.  The Mayor shall have a voice and vote in all proceedings of Council.  No member of City Council shall head an administrative department.  The Council and its members shall deal with the administration service solely through the City Manager.  Office of the City Manager
