Several Boards, Authorities, and
Commissions assist City Council in the operation of the City, providing
input and guidance in areas such as the planning, development, building
codes, public health and other community services. Area residents
who may be interested in sharing their knowledge and expertise by serving
on a board are asked to submit an application to the City Manager at 107
North Franklin Street. Applications are available at City Hall or
